President Xi Jinping Sends Congratulatory Message to Governor General Sir David Vunagi On 43rd Anniversary of the Independence of Solomon Islands

On July 5th, the Chinese Embassy in Honiara delivered to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and External Trade of Solomon Islands a message of congratulation from H.E. Xi Jinping, President of the People’s Republic of China to H.E. Sir David Vunagi, Governor General of Solomon Islands on 43rd anniversary of the independence of Solomon Islands.

In the message, H.E. President Xi Jinping spoke highly of fruitful achievements of the bilateral relations between China and Solomon Islands, and expressed support and commitment to bringing the bilateral relations to a higher level. H.E. President Xi extended sincerest congratulations and best wishes to H.E. Governor General for Solomon Islands and its people to stay successful, prosperous and happy.
